What is Vivace Radiofrequeny Microneedling?
Vivace, the newest generation of radiofrequency microneedling, is FDA-cleared for fine lines and wrinkles. This minimally invasive treatment stimulates the natural production of collagen, delivering results beginning with your first treatment office visit.
How It Works
Vivace is a skin rejuvenation method that combines two key components: microneedling and radiofrequency energy. Then, radiofrequency energy is delivered to encourage the production of fresh collagen. The process is highly precise and generally comfortable, thanks to a robotically controlled handpiece with 36 gold-tip needles. It enhances skin texture, tone, quality, and helps with skin tightening through collagen formation.
What to Expect During the Treatment
Before the Vivace treatment, a topical numbing cream is applied to ensure your comfort. Once the numbing takes effect, you may feel slight pressure during the procedure, but most patients report it as comfortable.
Number of Sessions Required
Your treatment plan will be personalized by our skilled aestheticians based on your unique skin needs. Typically, we recommend three to four sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, for the best results. While improvements in skin tone and texture are often immediate, the process of collagen regeneration continues over a three-month period.
Duration of the Treatment
The treatment typically starts with a 20-minute application of a numbing cream. The actual treatment time varies depending on the areas being addressed, generally ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.
Recovery and Longevity of Results
The microchannels created by Vivace remain open for a limited time, allowing for the use of recommended serums and recovery protocols to expedite optimal results.Some patients may experience flushing of the skin after treatment. Healing commences quickly and patients’ skin typically recovers within 24 hours. Individual healing processes may vary, but Vivace triggers natural collagen production, which can continue for three months or more, ensuring long-lasting results.
